You soon run out of coins after repeatedly training & entering horses into races, so then need to pay to continue playing. Definitely not worth it.

It's so cool that the horses have different preferences from the preferred track surface and race length to strategies used while racing! And the graphics are beautiful! Been playing for over a year now. So I know plenty about the game. Start off findign out the best grades to enter your horse. Train up a little first and enter in instant races. Do not expect to win a race right away. Then as you see your horse improving , enter into public races. Regular within their grade will be best until if they are gated out because they are too good. There is a learning curve , but one worth persevering with. The rewards if you get good wont just be a sense of achievement
